This policy explains how user information is handled in the smartphone app "Italy Walk Nomad" (the "App"). The developer ("we") respects the privacy of App users and handles information in accordance with the policy set out below.

The App uses the following external services (all provided by Google). Please also review each provider's own privacy policy.
The App is not directed at any specific age group and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in South Korea). As described above, the information the App collects is centred on an anonymous identifier and on-device data that does not identify an individual.
Because the App is offered in Italy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. The App is designed so that we hold no information that directly identifies you (we process an anonymous identifier only). Within the limits of what we hold, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data linked to your anonymous identifier, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Our legal basis for the processing described above is the performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
All communication with external services uses encrypted connections such as HTTPS. Access to Cloud Functions and Firestore is protected by Firebase App Check and security rules.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or in the App's features. Any updated policy takes effect once posted on this page.

L'App utilizza i seguenti servizi esterni (tutti forniti da Google). Ti invitiamo a consultare anche l'informativa sulla privacy di ciascun fornitore.
L'App non è rivolta a una fascia d'età specifica e non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati personali di minori di 13 anni. Come descritto sopra, le informazioni raccolte dall'App riguardano un identificatore anonimo e dati sul dispositivo che non identificano una persona.
Poiché l'app è offerta in Italia, si applica il Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati dell'UE (GDPR). L'app è progettata in modo da non conservare informazioni che ti identifichino direttamente (trattiamo solo un identificatore anonimo). Nei limiti dei dati che conserviamo, hai il diritto di chiedere l'accesso, la rettifica o la cancellazione dei dati collegati al tuo identificatore anonimo, di opporti al trattamento o di chiederne la limitazione, e di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). Per esercitare questi diritti scrivici all'indirizzo indicato di seguito. La base giuridica del trattamento descritto è l'esecuzione del servizio da te richiesto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) e il nostro legittimo interesse a mantenere sicuro il servizio (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Tutte le comunicazioni con i servizi esterni usano connessioni cifrate come HTTPS. L'accesso a Cloud Functions e Firestore è protetto da Firebase App Check e da regole di sicurezza.
L'informativa può essere aggiornata per riflettere modifiche normative o delle funzioni dell'App. La versione aggiornata ha effetto dalla pubblicazione su questa pagina.
